I went to Laytonsville Elementary School 5th and 6th grades. But instead of going to Gaithersburg Middle School I went to John T. Baker Middle School and Damascus HS before transferring to Gaithersburg High and graduating there. I was in Mrs. Lauers class in the 5th grade and Mrs. Shellenbergers class for 6th. I have 4 grown children and 3 grandkids. People might remember Melvin Massey and I were best friends and if you saw me you had to see Melvin. e people I remember the most is Kelley Pollack, Margaret Hughes, Dianna Runkles, Laurie Dorsey, Cheryl Douglass, Pam Bailey and I course my favorite cousin Elsie " Veda" Benjamin. I cant remember everyone right off hand but when I see their names it brings back so many wonderful memories so forgive me if I missed your names.
